These are no longer normal times…So again we ask, why drink something normal? Darkness, Darkness (St Paul, MN) – Summit Brewing is returning an Unchained Series fav as part of its Fall House Party Variety Box and they’ve fine-tuned the recipe a bit to include cold-brew coffee from Minneapolis’ Big Watt Beverage. Originally intended as a one-time-only, limited-release beer, Summit Dark Infusion is a 6.8% ABV coffee-infused Imperial Milk Stout with lactose, cold-brewed coffee, and six different kinds of malts.
